Nourish Group was founded from a desire to do things differently and do different things. I love learning from my clients and growing the capability of their teams, but above all I love meaningful work that makes a difference.

About our founder, Dana
Nourish Group prioritises evidence-based best practice, a desire to make a difference as well as thinking that’s a little bit different to our engagements with you.
In life and work, I’ve experienced that a human centred approach or co-designing with others delivers better, more sustainable solutions and outcomes.
Be it private businesses, listed companies, social enterprises, family businesses, community organisations or in the government sector, I’ve experienced first-hand that if we all lean in, borrow from and build on the experiences of others the outcome will be more effective and more society-impacting.
Diversity of thought and experience brings richness and new insights. I bring in other collaborators to add new ways of thinking to challenges.
Along with my experience on boards and executive roles in government and businesses of all scales, across all sorts of industries, I’m passionate about giving back. Everyone who collaborates with Nourish Group volunteers some time on something that’s important to them. And we are on the journey to becoming BCorp certified.
